Shipping and Holiday Cutoff Dates for 2022
All orders will ship USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail unless chosen otherwise by customer.
Please allow plenty of time for the production and shipping during a busy holiday season.

Our shop is open 24/7 for your shopping convenience. If you have questions, please message us. We will answer your questions as quickly as possible.

Monday ~ Friday 9 am - 7 pm EST (New York, NY USA Time Zone).
Saturday Closed

Shipping Policy
The Scarlett Butterfly can not promise that the USPS shipping schedule will be on time. Once the package leaves our hands and USPS takes it, it is no longer our responsibility if there are delays.
The Scarlett Butterfly is not responsible for lost packages that are marked delivered. We will do everything we can to help you look for it and work with you to try and solve the problem.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the cost if they would like it reshipped.

Custom and Personalized Orders are always welcome. If you have questions, please be sure to send me a message to make sure that I am able to meet your request. Please make sure you give enough time for production and shipping before you need your item. Thank you!
What do I do if my package is lost or says delivered and I can't find it?
First, please contact me within 7 days of not being able to find your package. I will then check on the tracking and update you with the information that I have.
Secondly, if your package says delivered and you cannot locate it, please contact your post office and ask for the GPS coordinates of where it was delivered. They should be able to give you all of the information that they have.
If you still cannot locate the package, you need to file a police report for the missing item.
We will help you in any way that we can. Unfortunately, once the item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost packages.
